Why is my venue not appearing in the app?

Your Venue is Closed

If you are seeing the error message "Sorry, we open 8:00AM, tomorrow!" on your venue's menu in the Hey You app, this means your venue is closed for business and is no longer accepting orders.

How to fix this…
Update your trading hours by simply logging into the Merchant Dashboard and accessing the Venue Details page. Otherwise, get in touch with our customer support team here and we will help you make those changes!

Your Venue is Temporarily Unavailable

There could be a number of reasons why you are seeing the error message "Sorry, we're temporarily unavailable!" on your venue's menu in the Hey You app.

How the error message may appear:

Please check the following…

  • Your Venue Manager application is open and not minimised or closed

  • Your device used to receive orders is switched on and the battery is fully charged

  • Your device used to receive orders is connected to a stable internet connection
