Removing an item on your Hey You menu
- Log in to the Restaurant Dashboard and navigate to the Menu Editor tab
- In the Menu Editor home page screen, go to the item you will remove either temporarily or permanently.
- To view the current status, go to the status tab. If you need to make changes, simply click on the current status and the available options will be displayed.
- To permanently remove an item from the menu, select "Delete Product." If you're unsure about whether you'll still be selling the item in the future, we recommend choosing "Not Available" as a temporary option. This way, it's easier to switch the item back on if needed.
- Click “Save Details”. The new status should be shown.
