Rejected Order for debit card/credit card, PayPal, Google and Apple Pay
Whenever you place an order, your account is charged upon submission. However, if your order is not accepted by the venue, the payment will be refunded automatically.
The refund should be reflected in your statement within 6 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please reach out to our Support Team at support@heyyou.com.au and provide a copy of your bank statement showing the original charge date and a date at least 10 business days after. This will allow us to confirm that the refund has not yet been returned to your account and follow up on the status for you.
