Rejected Order for Debit card/credit card, PayPal, Google and Apple pay

Whenever you place an order your account is charged upon submission. However, if your order is not accepted by the venue then you should be refunded straight away. There should be a text message sent to your phone confirming this.

The refund will be reflected in your statement within 6-10 business days. If you do not receive it within the timeline provided, please reach out to our support team at support@heyyou.com.au and provide a copy of your bank statement including the charge date and 10 business days after that. In this way we can see that the refund has not been back to your account yet and we can follow up the refund status.
