Order Time Out: Orders not accepted within 10 minutes

If an incoming order is not accepted in the Venue Manager app within 10 minutes, it will time out. In this case, the customer will receive a notification stating that the order has timed out, and they will be automatically refunded.

Furthermore, the customer will be able to view this refund as an additional Top Up in their Order History within the app. When they click on it, they will see that it is labeled as a refund.

Please note that the reversed charges may not immediately appear on bank statements, but they should be reflected within 1-2 business days.
