Understanding Refunds with Hey You
If you opted to pay with Hey You credits, the refund will be credited to your Hey You account. Please allow 6-10 business days for the refund(s) to reflect in your account for payments made with other methods such as debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
If you haven't received your refund after this time-frame, please contact us at support@heyyou.com.au. Please submit a copy of your bank statement, including the charge date and the next 10 business days, to streamline the inquiry.
