Refunded Order Not Yet Reflecting

If you paid with Hey You credits, any refund will be returned to your Hey You account. For payments made via debit/credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, please allow 6–10 business days for the refund to appear.

If you haven’t received it after this time, contact us at support@heyyou.com.au and ideally include a copy of your bank statement showing the charge date and the following 10 business days. This helps us process your inquiry faster.
