Loyalty Fee in weekly statement

The loyalty displayed on your statement represents the value of the complimentary loyalty coffees that have been redeemed each week. When customers redeem a loyalty coffee, we do not charge them any money, but the transaction still appears on the statement at its full price, which we then negate.

You may notice that none of the coffee transactions on your statement show a cost of $0. However, when customers redeem their loyalty coffees, they see a charge of $0 on their own statements.

It's important to note that this charge is not an actual cost because the customer was never actually charged this amount. Instead, it simply reflects the value of the free loyalty coffees that have accumulated over time.
