Notifying customer on estimated Wait time

On the "Orders" page, you will find the Ready Time Slider at the top. This allows you to select the current wait time for your venue. For example, if you set it to "Ready in 5 mins" and accept an order, the customer will be notified that their order will be ready in 5 minutes.

It is important to adjust this setting before accepting an order to ensure that the customer receives an accurate estimate of the wait time. You can enable or disable this feature by going to "Settings" and selecting "Send wait time". If this feature is disabled, the customer will not receive any information about the expected wait time when their order is accepted. However, we recommend keeping this feature enabled for a better customer experience.
