      How do I redeem my Voucher/ Apply promo code?

      Redeeming vouchers through the Hey You mobile app

      1. Tap the 24_x_24_Icon__1_.png profile icon at the bottom right of the main screen.

        Group 1996

      2. Tap "Redeem Code" from the list of options.

      3. Enter your code and tap "Redeem".


      To check if you have successfully redeemed your voucher:

      1. Tap the 24_x_24_Icon__1_.png profile icon at the bottom right of the main screen.

      2. Your available balance should be displayed below your profile name.

      Redeeming vouchers through the Hey You website:

      1. Click your profile image at the top right of the home page.

      2. Click "Redeem Code" from the list of options.

      3. Enter your code and click the arrow icon.

      To check if you have successfully redeemed your voucher:

      1. Click your profile image at the top right of the home page.

      2. Click "Payment" from the list of options.


      3. Your available balance should be displayed at the top of the page.
