How do I redeem my Voucher/Apply promo code?

Redeeming vouchers in the Hey You app:

1. Tap the profile icon at the bottom right of the main screen.

2. Select 'Redeem Code'.

3. Enter your code and tap 'Redeem'.


To confirm your voucher was redeemed:

1. Tap the profile icon.
Group 1996

2. Your available balance will be shown below your profile name.

Redeeming vouchers on the Hey You website:

1. Click your profile image at the top right of the home page.

2. Select 'Redeem Code'.

3. Enter your code and click the arrow icon.

To confirm your voucher was redeemed:

1. Click your profile image.

2. Go to 'Payment'.

3. Your available balance will appear at the top of the page.
