How to Delete Your Hey You Account

Option 1: Through the App

1. Open the Hey You app.

2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.

3. Select Contact Us.

4. Choose Email Support and send a request to delete your Hey You account.

Option 2: Submit a Request Online

If you would like to permanently delete your Hey You account, you can submit a request here.

Once your request is received and processed, your account will be deleted within 24 to 48 hours. After deletion, you will lose access to your account, including saved payment methods, loyalty cards, Hey You credits, and order history.

Your Data

Hey You does not sell your personal information. We collect and use personal information to provide and operate the Hey You platform. This may include:

- Account details and order information

- Payment information to process transactions

- Location data to show nearby venues

In some cases, we may share necessary information with trusted third-party service providers to help deliver our services.

Restoring a Deleted Account

Deleted accounts cannot be restored. If you would like to use Hey You again in the future, you will need to create a new account. Please note that once an account is permanently deleted, the same mobile number and email address cannot be used to register again.
