How do I cancel my Hey You order?

Once your order is placed, it can’t be cancelled as the restaurant usually starts preparing your food straight away.

If you need to make a change, we suggest contacting the restaurant as soon as possible. While they may not be able to cancel the order, they may be happy to help with small adjustments, depending on their policy and how far along your order is.
