How do I apply for a refund?

If you notice an issue with your order, we recommend contacting the restaurant as soon as possible. They may be able to stop the order from being prepared or help with a change, depending on how far along it is.

Please note that Hey You is unable to process partial refunds. If you are requesting a partial refund, you will need to contact the venue directly to discuss this with them.

If the restaurant isn’t able to assist, you can request a refund directly through the Hey You mobile app by following the steps below.

How to request a refund:
1. Open the Hey You mobile app.
2. Sign in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
3. Tap the Orders icon at the bottom of the screen and select History..

4. Choose the order you’re having an issue with.

5. Tap the information icon in the top-right corner, then select Report an issue.

6. Complete the form and submit it. Our team will take it from there.

What happens next?
