How do Hey You credits work?

Your Hey You credits are automatically applied to your next order by default. If your credit balance doesn’t cover the full order amount, the remaining balance will be charged to your selected secondary payment method.

How to Check Your Hey You Credit Balance:

1. Open the Hey You mobile app.
2. Log in to your account (if you’re not already signed in).
3. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right of the screen.

4. Your Hey You credit balance will be displayed under your profile picture and name.
