Hey You credits will automatically apply by default to your next order. If you have Hey You credit but the balance is less than your order total, the remainder of the order is charged to your secondary payment source.
How to view your Hey You credit balance:

Launch the Hey You mobile app.

Sign in if you aren't already logged into your account.

Tap the
Profile icon at the bottom right of the main screen.

Ta-da! Your Hey You credit balance should be displayed below your profile picture and name.
