Holiday Surcharge for Kounta or POS integration

Our Support Team is here to help you apply a surcharge. To get started, please adjust the pricing in your "Kounta POS" to reflect the price increase. We will then align with the "Kounta" pricing. Rather than creating a new item with a higher price, simply edit the current pricing to reflect the surge.

Once you have made the necessary adjustments, please email our team at support@heyyou.com.au and provide the following information:

- The percentage of increase

- Duration of the surcharge (including date and time)

- Any other details you would like us to know

Please note that we will automatically end the price increase on the specified end date. It is important that you also update your POS system and change the pricing back to the regular prices to avoid any issues.
