Frozen screen

If your device is frozen or displaying a black screen, you can try doing a force restart. Simply press and hold the power button for about 10-20 seconds. The power button is located on the left side of the device. It's important to ensure that your device is charging or fully charged while attempting the force restart, as low battery power could be the cause of the problem.

Another solution you can try is clearing the app data. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Venue Manager > Storage > Clear Data and Clear Cache.

If clearing the app data doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our Support team at support@heyyou.com.au and provide them with your Serial Number. You can find the Serial Number by going to Settings > About Device > Status. Additionally, please make sure your device is turned on and connected to the internet.
