Accepting an order:
Tap the "Accept" button on the "Orders" page. The customer will receive a notification confirming that their order has been accepted. Additionally, you can learn more about how Hey You works HERE.

Rejecting an Order:
You can tap the "Reject" button to reject an order. You will have the option to choose from a variety of reasons for rejecting an order. The selected reason will be sent to the customer to provide an explanation for why their order could not be accepted.
To customize your reject reasons, go to "Settings" and select "Customize reject reasons". From there, you can easily add or remove your own custom reject reasons. These customized reasons will be available for you to choose from when you reject an order in the future.
