My order was incorrect, missing items or inedible

If something isn’t quite right with your order - such as receiving the wrong item, missing an add-on, a missing item, or food that isn’t edible - you can request a refund through your Order History in the app.

Please note that Hey You is unable to process partial refunds. If you are seeking a partial refund, you will need to contact the venue directly to discuss this with them.

How to request a refund:
1. Open the Hey You mobile app.
2. Sign in to your account if you’re not already logged in.
3. Tap the Orders icon at the bottom of the screen and select History.
Group 1995
4. Choose the order you’re having an issue with.
5. Tap the information icon in the top-right corner, then select Report an issue.
Group 1981
6. Complete the form and submit it. Our team will take it from there.

What happens next?

Once we receive your report, our friendly Support Team will review the details and reach out to you via email as soon as possible.
