If you receive an incorrect order, order that has a missing add-on, missing item, or inedible. you can request a refund through your Order History – You can do so by following these steps:

Launch the Hey You mobile app.

Sign in if you aren't already logged into your account.

Tap the orders icon at the bottom of the main screen and select History.

Select the past order you have issues with.

Click on information icon on top right corner. Then Report an issue.

Fill out the form and submit. Our team will review your request and process your refund. Thank you for using Hey You.
