Keeping Your Menu Fresh

Updating your menu and managing your account details should be simple, and we're here to help you along the way.

Option 1: Let Us Do It for You

If you'd rather not handle the updates yourself, just send the changes directly to our Support team at support@heyyou.com.au. We'll gladly assist. Please provide the changes in this format:

  • New Stuff: Tell us about any new menu items, including any extras or modifiers, and the category they belong to.

  • Clean-Up: Let us know which items should be taken off the menu.

  • Price Tweaks: Inform us of any price changes for existing items.

Option 2: Take Control

Prefer to roll up your sleeves? No worries. You can request access to edit your own menu. Just ping our support team at support@heyyou.com.au, and we'll set you up.
