Appearing as offline in the app
There are different reasons why you can be displayed as offline in the app. We need to ensure that:
- You have a strong internet connection
- Your POS is turned on accordingly
- Try to logout / log back in your POS
- Reboot your POS device and repair

- Your trading hours are correct in the app (you may check this through our Support team at support@heyyou.com.au)
